L G International Packers And Movers operates out of House No-159 in Ashok Vihar, Phase 3. It is basically a residential house that we use as our base of operations. We have trucks coming and going, so the neighbors probably know us pretty well by now. The office is just one of the rooms near the front. We have a lot of boxes and packing tape lying around most of the time. It’s not the neatest place, but it shows that we are actually working. Moving things is a messy business anyway. We don't have a big staff of people in uniforms. It’s mostly just the drivers and the guys who lift the heavy stuff. We sit at a couple of old desks and try to keep the schedules straight. Sometimes a truck breaks down or someone is late, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just how it is in this line of work. We don't have any glossy brochures. We just talk to people on the phone and tell them what we can do. Ashok Vihar is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to the main roads from Phase 3. We've been here for a while and we know the area well. It’s a straightforward business. We just pack things up and move them where they need to go. No frills.
