We are over at Plot No- 446K, Sector 8, in Imt Manesar. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Shiv Temple. It’s a big industrial sector, so there are many companies around us. We do moulding work here. The shop floor is always busy with the sound of the machines running. We have a group of guys who have been with us for years, so everyone knows their role. It’s a lot of repetitive work, making the same parts over and over, but we have to pay attention to the details. The office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main area. It gets loud, but we don't mind it much anymore. Sometimes the supply chain gets messed up and we have to wait for materials, which puts us behind. We just work a bit later those days to catch up. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just make the parts people ask for. The tea stall down the road is where we usually go for breaks. It’s a straightforward industrial setup. We don't spend much time on the appearance of the building; we just make sure the machines are oiled and the lights are on. It's a busy life here in Manesar, and we're just part of the local mix. We try to keep the place organized but it’s hard with so much production.
