Subhash Kumar Gupta's place in the N.F. Colony is where we do our thing at Ksheer Dairy Products. If you know Sohna, you know it's a mix of busy spots and quiet corners. We are definitely in one of the more tucked-away bits, which suits us just fine. We aren't a big, shiny corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just a group of local people who know a thing or two about milk. Every morning starts early here because the dairy business doesn't really care about sleep. We get the milk in, we process the products, and we get them moving. It’s hard work and my back usually aches by noon, but that is how it goes. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get the job done. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the containers and the quality of what we are putting out. Subhash keeps an eye on the daily operations. Sometimes the weather in Sohna makes the deliveries a bit of a nightmare, especially when it rains, but we manage to pull through. It is just a simple, local dairy business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide decent products to the people who need them.
