KIP 4 BUSINESS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our business, KIP 4 BUSINESS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, is actually located in the basement. We are at DSB-38, 2nd Basement of the KIP Complex, which is right in the Red Square Market. It’s a bit of a different setup being two levels down, but it keeps the noise of the market away. Red Square Market is usually buzzing with activity, so it’s nice to have a quieter spot to work. We’ve been here in this complex for some time now. The KIP Complex is a known spot in the area, so people usually don't have too much trouble finding us once they get to the market. Our space is functional. We don't have big windows or views, but we have everything we need to get our work done. It’s a very grounded place, literally. Most of the time we are just focused on the tasks at hand. We don't really have a fancy mission statement or a long list of corporate goals. We just show up at the Red Square Market, go down to the second basement, and get to work. It’s a practical location for us and it keeps our overheads manageable. It’s just a group of people working together in a simple office. That’s how we’ve always operated and it seems to work for us. It’s a bit of a walk down the stairs every morning, but we don't mind it much and it feels like a solid place to be.
