Kb 'S Ice Cream & Kulfi

You can find us in Sector 14, just behind P.C. Jwellers and pretty close to Payal Cinema. It is a busy little corner of the world. We have been here for a bit now, serving up ice cream and kulfi to whoever wanders back this way after a movie or some shopping. The shop isn't huge, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent prepping the milk for the kulfi because that takes forever to get right. We don't use those pre-made mixes you find in the big stores. It is just real ingredients and a lot of patience standing over the stove. Sometimes the line gets a bit long on Friday nights when a big movie lets out at the cinema. We try to move fast but we are only a few people working here. My cousin helps out most evenings. We don't have fancy chairs, just a couple of stools and the counter. People usually just stand outside and eat their treats. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic, but we like the energy of the area. We focus on the traditional flavors that people grew up with. Nothing too weird or experimental. We just want the texture to be smooth. If you are looking for us, just look for the sign behind the jewelry store. We keep the freezer stocked and the lights on until late at night. It is just us doing our thing.
