Kalindi Agro Biotech Ltd. is located over at 40, Udyog Vihar, Phase-1. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving around and people heading to work early in the morning. Our place is pretty straightforward. We deal with the biotech side of things for farming, which means a lot of technical talk and looking at samples all day long. It isn't always glamorous work. Some days involve a lot of cleaning up and making sure the equipment is running like it should without any glitches. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The building is just a regular office and lab space, nothing that would stand out from the street to someone passing by. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know the routine and who is supposed to do what. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up in the summer heat, which makes things a bit sticky and uncomfortable, but we manage. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or marketing stuff. Most of our day is spent handling the actual products and keeping track of the data on our computers. It’s a lot of responsibility, making sure things are right for the farmers who rely on what we do. It’s just us, working away in Udyog Vihar, trying to stay ahead of the schedule. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our part and keep the doors open. Every week brings a different set of tasks to handle.
