K B Kulfi & Ice Creams

Our shop K B Kulfi & Ice Creams is located over in Sector 14 along Delhi Road at spot number 20. It's a place where we spend most of our mornings getting the mixtures ready for the day ahead. Kulfi takes time to set right so we have to be patient with it. The shop isn't fancy or anything like those big chains you see in the malls. We have some basic chairs and the freezer is always humming in the corner. When the schools nearby let out, it gets quite hectic for an hour or so. Kids usually want the sticks while the older folks prefer the scoops in a bowl. It gets dusty outside because of the road traffic but we try to keep the inside tidy. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and we have to wait around on the sidewalk. That gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors. We’ve been at this location for a good while and know most of the faces that pass by. It’s a simple life selling cold treats. We don't use any high-tech equipment, just the old-fashioned way of doing things. It keeps us busy from morning until late at night. The summer months are our busiest time for sure. We close up when the last customer leaves and we start the whole cleaning process over again for the next day.
