We are tucked away in Hira Nagar, right on Khandsa Road in Gurgaon. Being near the DAV School means we hear the bell ring every afternoon, which usually tells us it’s time for a quick break. Our building, H,N-425/23, isn't very large, but it fits everything we need to run Jkmoverseas. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the shelves and files we’ve accumulated over the years. The neighborhood is mostly residential and small businesses, so there is a lot of life around us. You’ll often see cows wandering on the road or delivery bikes zooming past. We don’t have a lot of polished glass or chrome in our office. It’s mostly wooden desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons dealing with the logistics of moving goods. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a moment to catch our breath and talk about things other than work. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s practical and it works for us. We know our neighbors well, and there’s always someone around to help if a heavy package arrives. It’s just a regular office where we show up every morning and do what needs to be done. We prefer it this way, without any extra fuss or unnecessary complications.
