Jindal Paints & Hardware Store is situated at 56 Sikanderpur Village, right along the busy Mg Road. A lot of people find us by looking for the specific Metro Pillar we are opposite of. Having the metro running right there means there is a constant rumble and a lot of commuters passing by all the time. The shop is a typical hardware spot where we keep a bit of everything, from cans of paint to boxes of screws and plumbing parts. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside because we try to stock as much as we can in the space we have. Sikanderpur Village has changed a lot with all the development on Mg Road, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We open up early and usually have a few people waiting who need something for a repair job they are doing that day. It’s dusty work, and we are often climbing up ladders to get things off the top shelves. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team; we just stand behind the counter and help whoever walks in. Sometimes we spend more time looking for a specific bolt than we do actually selling it, but that is just how the hardware business works.
