Our office is located at room 206 on M G Road in the Sikanderpur area. We are part of the Vashisht Complex, which has been here for a long time. If you know this part of town, you know how busy it gets with the metro and all the cars passing by outside. Inside our space, it is usually a lot quieter, mostly just the sound of us going through files or talking on the phone. We have been in this building for quite a bit of time now and have seen many other shops come and go. The office is a straightforward setup with a couple of old desks and filing cabinets that are probably getting too full of paper. There is usually someone here to open the door if a neighbor stops in with a question about a local lease. We do not really do any advertising at all. Most people find us just because they live or work around Sikanderpur and see our name. The walk up the stairs to the second floor keeps us active throughout the day. We handle whatever comes our way, whether it is a small rental or something larger. Some afternoons are slower, which gives us a chance to have some tea and talk about what is happening on the street below. It is a very basic operation, no corporate feel to it at all. Just a small team working out of a familiar building on a busy road.
