Initiative Development Hub Llp

Our office for Initiative Development Hub Llp is at A-20/11 in DLF Phase-I. It is a nice part of Gurgaon with a lot of trees and houses. The address is 122002. We occupy a small part of the building. It’s not a massive corporate office with glass walls or a shiny lobby. It feels more like a home that someone turned into a workspace. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and our computers. There is a small balcony where we go to get some air when the work gets a bit heavy. The street is usually pretty quiet, which is nice for concentrating on the tasks at hand. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. Just the basics like printers and a scanner that works most of the time. We aren't the type of people to have long, boring meetings in a boardroom. We usually just talk across the room if we have a question for each other. It’s a friendly atmosphere for everyone. Most of us have been working together for a few years now. We know how each other likes their morning coffee. We don't spend much on decor. There are some old calendars on the walls and a few pens scattered around the desks. It’s a real place where real work happens. We like being in DLF because it’s easy to get to.
