Incurate Ventures Private Limited

Our place is T-24/6 in DLF Phase III, Gurugram. Incurate Ventures Private Limited is a small operation we started right here in this neighborhood. DLF Phase III is a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around, but we’ve gotten used to it. We do venture-related work and some general business consulting. It’s not the kind of office where everyone has their own cubicle. We mostly just work in an open space where we can talk to each other without shouting. We aren't big on corporate rules or long meetings that don't go anywhere. We prefer to just sit down and get the tasks done so we can enjoy our evenings. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, a few chairs for guests, and a lot of power cables running along the floor. We do our own cleaning and make our own tea. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things, but it works for us. We’ve had some busy times where we are here late, but usually, it's a steady pace. We don't really have a big story to tell. We just saw an opportunity to do this work on our own terms, and we've been doing it ever since. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of setup and we like it that way because it keeps things simple and honest.
