IELM JV PRIVATE LIMITED

IELM JV Private Limited is located on Mehrauli Road in the Pavilion Building. We are up on the 6th floor in section A-1. If you know Gurgaon, you know Mehrauli Road is always packed with cars and people, so being six floors up gives us a little bit of a break from the noise. Being a joint venture, or 'JV,' means we have a few different interests coming together under one roof. We spend our days coordinating between different groups and making sure everyone is on the same page. The 339/1/2 address is pretty easy to find once you get through the traffic. Our office space is lived-in and looks like a place where people actually work, with stacks of paper and empty tea cups here and there. We don't have a dedicated PR person to make us look fancy; we just tell it like it is. Most of the people here have been with us for a bit, so we know each other's habits well. We handle various projects that come through the JV, and there is always something new to look at. The Haryana-122002 area is always changing, but our office stays pretty much the same. We just show up every morning, take the elevator up, and get to work. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s served us well so far. We don't need much more than a desk and a working phone to get things done right.
