We run things out of Chokhar Ki Dhani, over in Sector-89A near Garhi Harsaru. It’s out on the edge of Gurgaon where things are a bit more open. Our main focus is the valet service, so we spend a lot of time thinking about cars and parking. The office itself is pretty basic. We don't need much more than a place to keep the keys and do the scheduling. It gets dusty out here with the wind, but we don't mind much. Most of the guys are out at different sites most of the time, so the office is usually quiet during the day. We started this because there was a need for it, and we’ve just kept growing since then. It’s hard work, standing on your feet and being polite even when the traffic is bad. We don't try to act like a giant corporation. We are just a local business trying to make parking less of a headache for people. The address is a bit hard to find for some, but once you know where Garhi Harsaru is, it’s easy enough. We handle the uniforms, the training, and the rotas from here. There’s always someone coming or going. We keep it simple and just focus on getting the cars moved safely. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way, just keeping our boots on the ground and our eyes on the keys.
