Growthrive Private Limited is located over at K-1476 in Palam Vihar. It’s a more residential feel than the big glass office towers you see in other parts of Gurgaon. We like it this way because it’s a bit quieter and feels more like a real neighborhood. The office is basically where we spend most of our waking hours, working through different projects and trying to figure out the best way to handle the tasks that come our way. We don't have a giant staff or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s usually just a few of us sitting around, drinking chai, and getting the work done. Palam Vihar is a decent place to be based because it’s got everything you need close by. We’ve been at this for some time now, and while the name Growthrive sounds a bit modern, we are pretty old-school in how we actually work. We just show up, do the job, and go home. There aren't many meetings that could have been emails here; we just talk to each other across the room. It’s a practical setup for the kind of stuff we do. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a minute, but that is just life in this part of town. We are just regular people working out of a regular house number, trying to make things work one day at a time, and it seems to go okay.
