Goga Dry Fruit

We’ve been here at G-150 in Sushant Lok Phase II for a while now. It’s a quiet enough spot but keeps us busy with the morning rush. Usually, the day starts with opening up the shutters and checking the bags of almonds and walnuts that came in. People around here know the shop mostly by word of mouth. We don’t have fancy displays, just glass jars and some cardboard boxes stacked near the counter. Sometimes the air smells like roasted pistachios if we've just opened a fresh batch. It’s mostly just us three working here, making sure the weights are right and the quality is okay. We spend a lot of time sorting through stuff to make sure no bad pieces get in the mix. The sun hits the front window pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually sit back a bit further near the fan. People stop by on their way home from work to pick up a quarter kilo of cashews or some raisins for their cooking. We keep things pretty simple. There’s no big corporate office or anything, just this shop and a small storage space in the back. Sometimes we run out of certain types of dates if the shipment is late, but that’s just how it goes. We try to keep the place tidy, though the floors always seem to have a bit of dust from the bags. It’s steady work and we like seeing the regulars who come by every week.
