The Dose Kitchen

The Dose Kitchen is tucked away in the Huda Market over in Sector 40 of Gurgaon. If you know the area, you know how busy the market gets, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping or getting a bite to eat. We’ve been at 121 for a while now. It’s not a huge place, just a regular kitchen where we spend most of our day prepping ingredients and cooking for the local crowd. Gurgaon changes so fast, but this little corner of Sector 40 stays pretty consistent. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking here, just making food that people in the neighborhood seem to like. You’ll find us there most days, probably busy with an order or cleaning up the counters. We don't really go for the flashy lights or big signs you see in the malls. It’s more of a local spot where people stop by because they live nearby or work in the offices around here. The staff mostly just gets on with it. We handle the lunch rush, then the dinner crowd, and try to keep things organized. It’s a lot of work running a kitchen in a place like Huda Market, but we’re used to the pace by now. If you're walking through the market, you'll see us. It’s just a normal spot to grab something to eat without much fuss, and that is about all there is to it.
