We are located right on the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road, tucked inside the Badri Construction area near Banwari Village. It gets pretty dusty out here with all the trucks moving in and out all day, but that is just how it is when you are dealing with bricks. My family has been around this area for a while now. We mostly spend our time keeping track of the kilns and making sure the stacks are lined up right. It is not fancy work. Some days the sun is really beating down on the yard and other days the rain makes everything a bit of a mess. We have got a small office space where we sit and handle the paperwork when people stop by. Most of the folks who come here are locals or builders working on projects nearby. We see the same faces quite often. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for the lorries to turn in, so we have to watch out for that. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things move along. The yard stays busy from early morning until the sun goes down. If you are driving past the village, you will probably see the smoke or the piles of red blocks sitting out. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing to keep the yard running. It's regular work for regular people.
