Gelato Vittorio

The shop is over in Gadoli Galleria Market, specifically at unit 67. It’s not the biggest place, but we have enough room for the freezers and a few people to stand. The machines hum all day long. It's a sound you get used to after a while. We spend a lot of time checking the temperatures to make sure everything stays the way it should. Sometimes the floor gets a little wet when we are cleaning the equipment at the end of the shift. We have a small sink in the back that we use for everything. Galleria Market is usually full of people walking around, especially in the evenings when it cools down a bit. We see families and kids coming in after they finish their shopping. We don't have any big signs inside, just the glass cases where you can see what we have. Sometimes we run out of napkins and have to run to the store next door to borrow some. It's a friendly enough place. We try to keep the windows clear so people can see in from the walkway. Unit 67 is tucked away a bit but once you find it, it’s easy to remember. We spend our days scooping and chatting with anyone who stops by. It’s a simple life and we like being part of this market community. Most days are pretty good and we just keep the machines running and the shop clean.
