Gauri Fresh Food Trading Private Limited

We are based at L 102 in Sispal Vihar, right on Sohna Road in Sector 49. It is a busy part of Gurgaon, as anyone who lives here knows. Our day starts very early, usually when most people are still sleeping. That is when the trucks come in with the fresh produce. We spend most of our mornings moving crates around and checking what arrived. Some days the tomatoes are great, other days they are just okay. We do our best to sort through everything. The office is not much to look at. It is mostly just a place to keep the ledgers and answer the phone. Trading food is a lot of back-and-forth calls with suppliers and buyers. Sometimes the traffic on Sohna Road makes our deliveries late, which is frustrating for everyone. We have a small team here. We mostly just focus on getting the food from the farms to the local markets or shops that need it. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. We do not have a big fancy website or a marketing person. It is just us in Sector 49 trying to make a living. The weather affects us a lot too. When it gets really hot in the summer, we have to move even faster so nothing spoils. It is a lot of physical labor, lifting bags and boxes all day long. We just want to do a decent job and go home.
