Being out here at 124, IMT, Manesar, means we deal with a lot of dust and the typical industrial heat. Fluxion Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is a practical kind of place. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk into our unit, you see the production floor right away. It’s where everything happens. Manesar is always growing, so there is constant construction nearby, and the roads are usually full of trucks. Our building is a solid structure that keeps the rain out, and that’s what matters most to us. We spend our hours managing the workflow and making sure the enterprise keeps running smoothly. It’s a lot of manual coordination. We have a small area for breaks where we sit and eat lunch together. The air can get a bit heavy in the summer, but we have some fans going to keep things moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; it’s all about the work we do at plot 124. Most of us have been working together for quite some time, so we know the routines by heart. The morning shift arrives early when the air is still a bit cool. We check the machines, look at the schedules, and get started.
