We are based on the ground floor of Aapka Bazar in Roshan Pura. The shop number is 10. Being on the ground floor means we see everyone walking past to do their shopping. Evergreen Consultancy & Services is basically just a place where we help people with their paperwork and different service needs. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and a few desks squeezed in. Aapka Bazar is a lively place to be, though it gets a bit chaotic on the weekends. We’ve got some old chairs for people to sit on while they wait for us to finish something. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a regular shopfront. We do a lot of typing and photocopying. The light in here isn’t the brightest, so we have some extra lamps on the desks. We know the other shopkeepers in Roshan Pura, and we often chat with them during the slow hours. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, do the work that comes in, and close up in the evening. It’s a practical business. People come to us when they need something sorted out, and we do our best to get it done without making a big fuss about it. The fan hums all day and there's always the sound of people talking outside in the market corridor as they look for bargains.
