We are located over in Old DLF Colony, specifically at B 25 C in Sector 14. This part of Gurgaon feels a bit different from the shiny new high-rises you see on the other side of town. It’s more of an established neighborhood with older buildings and more trees. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just walk in from the street. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people who work in the nearby shops. Inside, we have a few desks and a very old filing cabinet that makes a loud noise every time you open the drawer. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy sign out front. Most people find us because they live in the area or heard about us from a neighbor. The air conditioner works most of the time, but during the peak of summer, we usually have a few fans going too. We spend our days answering emails and talking to the people who stop by. There’s a small kitchen area where we make tea, and the smell usually drifts into the main room around noon. It’s a simple way to spend the day. We aren’t trying to change the world; we just want to provide a reliable place in Sector 14 for people to come when they need our help.
