Educom Solution Limited is located at 514 in Udyog Vihar Phase III. This part of Gurgaon is always moving. There are trucks and cars everywhere on the main road. Our office is right in the thick of it. We’ve been here for quite a while now. We deal with education stuff, mostly tools and things that help schools run better. It’s a busy office. People are always on the phone or running to meetings. It’s not a fancy glass tower, just a practical space where we get things done. We have different departments but everyone knows each other. Sometimes we order food for the whole office when it’s a long day. Gurgaon can be a tough place to work because of the traffic, but we make it work. We provide things that schools actually use every day. We don't do much talking about innovation and all that. We just focus on making sure the products work like they should. If a school has a problem, we send someone to look at it or we talk them through it over the phone. It’s a lot of logistical work. Dealing with 514 Udhyog Vihar on the main road means we see a lot of the industrial side of the city. It’s dusty and loud outside, but inside we just keep our heads down and work. We’ve been through many changes over the years but the core group is still the same. We just want to do right by the schools.
