We are up on the eleventh floor of Tower 4 in Orlov Court, which is inside Essel Towers on M.G. Road. The address is A-1101, right in Sector 28. Being on M.G. Road means we are right in the middle of everything. You can see the metro line from the windows and there is always something happening outside. Earth Organic Foods Pvt. Ltd. is basically just this office space where we manage all our accounts and suppliers. It is a professional enough spot, but we keep it pretty relaxed inside. We do not wear suits and we do not have long meetings about branding. We just talk about what needs to be shipped and who needs to be paid. Sometimes the elevators in Tower 4 take forever, so we have learned to be patient. We handle all the distribution and the sourcing from here. It is a lot of phone calls and checking quality reports. We are not trying to change the world overnight. We are just trying to run a decent business that sells food we would actually eat ourselves. Living and working in Sector 28 is convenient, though the traffic is a nightmare sometimes. We have been here for a bit now and the staff has become like a small family. We share lunch and argue about which tea is better. It is a regular job, but we like the people we work with every day.
