We're out on the Delhi Jaipur Highway, right at the 42 Kms Stone. It's a bit of a drive from the city center, but it's where we need to be for the rice business. Tilda Riceland Pvt. Ltd. has a lot of space here. You can see the highway from the front gate. There's always trucks coming and going. The air smells like grain most of the time. We've got the processing areas and the office all in one spot. It gets very busy during the harvest season. We have a lot of people working here in different shifts. It’s hard work and it gets dusty too. The highway is always loud with traffic heading towards Jaipur or back to Delhi. We’ve been at this location for many years. It's practical for transport. The office is functional, nothing too modern. We spend a lot of time checking things and managing the logistics of moving rice. It’s a straightforward operation. Not much for frills. We have a canteen where everyone gets lunch together. It's a community of workers really. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on schedule. The warehouse is huge and sometimes it feels like a maze. We've got different sections for cleaning and packing. It's always a bit noisy because of the machinery. We're used to the vibration in the floor. That's just the way it is here.
