We are based at Plot No. 43 in Sector-35 of the HSIIDC industrial estate. Delta Power Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a good while now. The sector is full of similar industrial plots, so it’s all about looking for the right gate number. Our building is a straightforward structure that holds our offices and the storage for all the power equipment we handle. It can get pretty hot inside during the summer, but we just keep the fans running and get on with the work. We deal with stuff like UPS systems and batteries, so there is always heavy equipment being moved around. It’s not a place for fancy meetings; we usually just talk about things over a cup of tea in the main room. Our desks are old and the filing cabinets are overflowing a bit, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from whatever we are doing. We’ve got a small, steady team of people who have been with us for years. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with people who have power problems. It’s a lot of logistical work and technical checking. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just a group of people working in an industrial plot trying to keep the lights on for others.
