Catalyst Academy

Catalyst Academy is set up in DLF City Phase I, at G-13/2. This part of Gurgaon is usually quite busy, but our specific corner stays relatively calm, which is good for the students. We aren't a massive institution with hundreds of classrooms. It’s more of a focused environment where we help people with their studies. The building is a standard house layout that we’ve converted to fit desks and whiteboards. There’s always a stack of books on the table and a pot of tea brewing somewhere in the back. We don't go in for big advertisements or flashy signs. Most of our students come from the local neighborhood or hear about us from their friends. We spend our afternoons and evenings going over lessons, grading papers, and trying to explain things in a way that makes sense. It isn't always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others. The walls are covered with notes and schedules, and the floors have seen a lot of foot traffic over the years. We don’t have a corporate structure here. It’s just a few of us who enjoy teaching and wanted a place to do it without all the bureaucracy of a big school. It’s a practical setup that serves the community right here in Phase I. We show up, we teach, and we head home when the last student leaves.
