Calorie Ice Creams

The production for Calorie Ice Creams happens at our place in Devlok Colony. We are on the Main Bajgera Road, not far at all from the railway station. You can often hear the trains passing by while we are working inside. It is a bit of a noisy spot, but it’s convenient for getting around. Making ice cream is a lot of work, mostly involving keeping an eye on the temperatures and making sure everything stays cold in the storage units. We aren’t a giant factory with hundreds of people; it is just a small team of us here in Devlok Colony. Our day starts early so we can get the batches ready before it gets too hot outside. The Bajgera Road can get quite crowded, especially with the station traffic, so we have to time our logistics carefully. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. We don't have a flashy shop front or anything, it’s more about the work going on behind the scenes. We just focus on getting the flavors right and making sure the tubs are packed properly. It’s a messy job sometimes, and there is always something to clean or fix, but that’s just part of the routine. We are just local folks making something simple right here near the station. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything frozen.
