You can find our place at number 15 in Sector Part 1, right on Jharsa Road in Kirti Nagar. This part of town is always busy with people building things or renovating their houses. We are essentially a yard and a small office where we manage everything related to building materials. It’s a very practical business. Most of the space is taken up by stacks of supplies, and there is usually a truck or two being loaded up. The dust on Jharsa Road is something you just learn to live with, and the heat in the summer can be quite intense when you’re outside all day. We don’t have a polished office with air conditioning and fancy chairs. Our workspace is just a simple room where we keep our ledgers and handle the money. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and delivery drivers. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure things get delivered to the right sites around Kirti Nagar. We aren’t big on fancy talk or complicated systems. We just write things down and make sure the orders are correct. Some days are stressful when deliveries are late or the weather is bad, but we just manage as best as we can. We’ve been here for a while and the people in the area know where to find us when they need stuff for their projects.
