Our office is over at U Block52 44 in Dlf Phase Iii, right behind the No Kia Building in Gurgaon. If you've ever tried to navigate the narrow lanes in U Block, you know it's a bit of a maze. Gurgaon has changed a lot over the years, but this little corner stays pretty much the same. We operate as Bechtel India Private Limited from this spot. It's a convenient location because the Metro is close, though walking there in the summer heat is something else entirely. The building itself is straightforward and functional. We aren't doing anything flashy here. Usually, it's just the sound of keyboards and someone making a fresh pot of coffee. Sometimes we order in from the local dhabas when we're staying late to finish up a project. It’s a practical space. We don't have those big glowing signs or a lobby that looks like a hotel. We just have our desks and our computers. Dealing with the traffic on the way to the office is probably the hardest part of the day. Once we’re inside, things are pretty steady and quiet. We’ve been in this part of Haryanaindia for a while and have seen the tall buildings go up all around us. It’s just how things are in this part of town. We stick to what we know and try to stay organized. It's a job like any other, and we like the rhythm of being in a busy hub.
