We are located in the Cybiz Centre over in Udyog Vihar Phase-Iv. It is a very busy area with all the offices and factories around us. Bayat Juices Pvt. Ltd. started because we saw how thirsty everyone was during the summer months. We are at Plot No- 309 -310, and it gets quite hectic around one in the afternoon. The delivery trucks bring in bags of lemons and oranges every morning. We have these big heavy blenders that make a lot of noise, so it is hard to talk sometimes. It isn't a quiet office job, that is for sure. My shirt usually has some juice spots on it by midday. We serve a lot of people who are in a hurry to get back to their desks. There isn't much space for sitting, just a standing area where people wait. We do not have a fancy corporate structure, even if the name sounds a bit formal. It is just a few of us working hard to keep the fruit fresh and the ice stocked. The floor is always a bit wet from the washing, but we try to keep it safe. It is a grind, especially when the heat is high and the orders do not stop coming. We do not use any secret recipes, just what we have on the counter that day. It is a loud, fast place to work, but it keeps the bills paid.
