Ark India Innovative Concepts Private Limited

Ark India Innovative Concepts Private Limited is based out of Flat No. F-024 in The Skycourt garden city, which is over in Sector 86. Working out of a flat is a bit different than a regular office building. It’s a residential complex, so it’s much quieter and feels more like a home. We use the different rooms for our workspace, with the main area being where we sit and discuss our concepts. Sector 86 is a bit removed from the main hustle and bustle, which we actually prefer because it helps us focus. The garden city area is nice to walk around during lunch, as there’s a bit of greenery. Inside the flat, things can get a bit cluttered with all the papers and models we have for our innovative concepts. We don’t have any corporate branding on the walls, just some sketches and calendars. It’s a small operation, so it’s usually just the few of us here. We make our own tea and handle everything from answering the door to filing the taxes. We don't have a big mission statement or any marketing fluff. We just come in and work on our ideas every day. It’s a simple and honest way to run a company. The neighbors are mostly families, so we keep things quiet and respectful. It’s a comfortable place to work and it suits the way we like to do things without any extra fuss.
