Aricent Technology Ltd is located in Gurgaon at T 1 1005 in Sushant Estate, which is in Sector 52. You might remember the company by its old name, Flextronic Hughes Software, but it’s been Aricent for a while now. Being in Sushant Estate means we are in a more modern part of Haryana. Our office is way up on one of the higher floors, so we get a decent view of the surroundings, which is nice when you need a break from looking at a screen. The pin code is listed for the Gurgaon area. The estate itself is a mix of residential and office spaces, so it feels a bit more lively than a dedicated industrial zone. We have a fairly standard office layout inside. It’s got all the usual stuff like meeting rooms and rows of computers. Getting here can be a bit of a process depending on the traffic on the main Gurgaon roads, which is usually quite heavy. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls or promotional stuff lying around. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of our daily tasks. There are some good spots nearby to grab coffee or lunch. The building is well-maintained, but it’s still just an office at the end of the day. We just come in, do our hours, and head back home like everyone else. There's nothing particularly special about how we operate, we just work and manage our projects.
