Amul Ice Cream Parlour

Our parlour is located at 41516 in Udyog Vihar Phase V. It’s mostly just a row of freezers and a small counter where we stand. Working here means getting used to the hum of the cooling units all day long. In the summer, this place is very popular because everyone is trying to escape the heat outside. We spend a lot of time checking the temperatures to make sure everything stays frozen. If the power goes out, it’s a big scramble to get the generator going. Udyog Vihar is a lot of offices and factories, so we see a lot of people during their break times. They usually come in groups, which makes things a bit hectic for a few minutes. We try to keep the floor dry, but with people coming in and out, it gets tracked with dirt pretty easily. The address 41516 is easy to find once you’re in Phase V. We don’t have much in the way of decor, just the brand posters on the walls. It’s a simple job of opening tubs and serving whatever people ask for. Sometimes we run out of the popular flavors and have to explain that to disappointed customers. It’s just a regular part of running the shop. We’re here most days, just keeping the freezers running and the place open for whoever stops by. The back room is small and usually filled with empty boxes we need to throw out.
