Akansha Engineering Tools

We’ve been at Plot No. 20 on Line-1 for some time now. Gali No. 8 is always a bit of a mess with people loading and unloading all sorts of things. It’s an engineering tools place, so there’s always a lot of metal and heavy parts lying around the floor. The air usually smells like oil and iron. We aren't a big corporation or anything, just a small crew working in the Kadipur industrial area. Some days it's really quiet and we just organize the racks, while other days everyone seems to want something at the same time. The roof gets really hot in the afternoons. We usually eat our lunch together in the small space near the front desk. It’s hard to keep the place perfectly clean when you’re dealing with these kinds of tools every day. People usually find us because they’re already in the Kadipur area for other business. We don’t have a big sign or fancy lights to show where we are. It’s just the shop floor and some storage in the back. The phone rings occasionally with people asking if we have a specific part in stock. Most of the time, we’re just busy checking the inventory or dealing with the local suppliers who drop stuff off. It's a simple life here in the industrial zone. We’ve gotten to know the guys in the neighboring plots pretty well over the years.
