Aimtech started because we saw how much trouble people had keeping their places safe and clean. We handle the security side of things and general facility management. My office is tucked away in the neighborhood, and we mostly deal with local folks who need someone reliable to look after their properties. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of phone calls. Gurgaon has changed so much since we opened, but Patel Nagar still feels like the old heart of the city. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone has a leak or needs a night shift guard, they call us. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic trying to coordinate everyone, but we get by. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Haryana, just the one that actually picks up the phone when you have a problem. It's a small team here, mostly locals from around Gurgaon who know the streets. We deal with the day-to-day stuff that owners don't want to worry about. It's practical work for practical people, and that's how we like it.
