Our office is tucked away in Emilia Floors, specifically K-3, 1, 3 FF in Vatika India Next. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain to delivery drivers, but we’ve managed so far. Being in the Vatika area means we’re a bit further out, but the air feels a little cleaner and there’s more space to breathe. We’ve got this space on the first floor where we handle all our venture stuff. It’s a mix of excitement and the mundane reality of running a business. Some days we’re brainstorming new ideas, and other days we’re just staring at spreadsheets for hours on end. The team is a bit of a mixed bag, some young folks with lots of energy and a few of us who’ve been around the block a few times. We don't have a strict dress code; you're just as likely to see someone in flip-flops as you are in shoes. We share the space with a lot of plants that we try our best to keep alive, though some are doing better than others. It’s a workspace that feels lived-in. We aren't chasing some corporate dream of being the biggest company in Gurgaon. We just want to do work that makes sense and keeps the lights on. It’s a practical approach to business, and it seems to work for us. We just keep our heads down and try to make something of the opportunities we have.
