Our place is right there in Suncity Sec-54 at F-63. It’s the ground floor so people walk in all the time. Being in Gurgaon, we see a lot of different crowds coming through for food. It’s not just about the name Yo!China, it is about the people in the kitchen making sure the food is hot. We have been under Moods Hospitalitypvt.Ltd. for a while. The kitchen gets really hot and noisy during the lunch rush. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when everyone wants their noodles at the same time. The floor can get a bit slippery and the waiters are always running around. We don't spend money on fancy decorations that don't matter. We just want the tables to be clean. It’s a local spot for many people living in the apartments nearby. You might see us taking a break outside the back door sometimes. It’s hard work being in hospitality. We have regular customers who we know by name. They don't expect a five-star experience, just decent food and a place to sit. Haryana weather can be tough but the AC usually keeps up. We are just a group of people trying to feed the neighborhood. It’s not a complicated story. We open up, cook, clean, and do it again the next day. Sometimes we run out of ingredients or have a slow night, but we just manage it as it comes.
