If you are looking for us, we are over in Sec 46. It is a pretty quiet spot compared to the main city areas. We spend most of our day talking to people about where they want to go for their next holiday or work trip. There are always maps and printouts lying around on the desks. We deal with bus bookings, trains, and sometimes cars for families who want to see the sights. It is a lot of checking schedules and seeing which hotels have rooms left. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink chai, but other times the phone won't stop ringing because someone’s flight got delayed or they changed their mind about a destination. We don't have a big corporate setup, just some chairs for customers and a couple of computers that are getting a bit old. People usually come in because they heard about us from a neighbor. We just try to find a decent price for whatever they are looking for. It is nice hearing stories from people when they come back from a trip. We handle the bookings and the boring paperwork so they don't have to deal with it themselves. It is a simple life here in the office. We just keep track of the routes and make sure the drivers know where they are going. Dealing with travel can be messy, but we just take it one booking at a time.
