Our office is located at 9 B in the D D A Flats over in Mangla Puri. It’s right in the Palam area of New Delhi, which stays pretty busy most of the time. This isn't a huge skyscraper or some shiny corporate building; it's just a practical space where we handle travel bookings and paperwork. Most of our day is spent looking at computer screens and trying to figure out flight paths or train schedules for the people who call us up or stop by the office. The flats here are pretty standard for this part of Delhi, and it can get a bit crowded with all the desks and equipment we’ve crammed in over the years. We’ve been operating from this specific spot for a good while now. It’s handy being in this part of town because it’s easy for people to find us when they need help with their tickets. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit chaotic inside, but we manage to get through it. We aren’t trying to be some high-end luxury lounge. It’s more of a place where we do the hard groundwork. You’ll find piles of paperwork on the desks and some old maps pinned to the walls. We usually take our lunch breaks nearby at the local stalls. Dealing with travel can be a real headache with all the cancellations that happen, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s a plain, honest office.
