We are located at 429/5 in Patel Nagar, over in Sector-15 Part 2. This part of Gurgaon is always packed with cars and people. Our office for Yatra.Com isn't anything like those fancy headquarters you see on TV. It’s just a regular floor in a building where we all sit quite close together. The parking outside is a nightmare, so most of us try to get here early or use the metro. We spend our hours looking at screens and talking to people about their travel plans. It can get stressful when the systems are slow or when there are a lot of calls coming in at once. We don't have a big canteen, just a small corner with a microwave and a kettle. Most of us just order something from the local dhabas for lunch. The walls are covered in maps and printed out schedules. It’s a functional space. We don't really have time for corporate talk or long presentations. We just focus on getting the bookings right and helping people out. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops, so it’s easy to grab a notebook or a pen if we run out of supplies. It’s a loud, busy, and sometimes chaotic place to work, but we are used to the rhythm of it by now. We just keep our heads down and do the work until the shift ends.
