Our Varanasi office is located at K 60/41 in Sidhmata Lane. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes of Varanasi, you know they are narrow and always packed with people. It’s a very traditional part of the city. We work from a small room that opens up onto the lane. It’s noisy and dusty, but it’s right in the heart of everything. We spend our time helping travelers with their bookings and queries. It’s not a fancy corporate setup at all. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a computer that sometimes takes its time to start. We don't have any big advertisements or shiny displays. People mostly find us by walking past or hearing about us from others in the area. We know the neighbors well and often share a cup of tea with the person at the next shop. It’s a very local way of doing things. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, especially when it rains, so we just have to be patient. We don't wear suits or follow strict corporate rules. We just try to be helpful to anyone who comes in. It’s a small, honest operation in a very old part of town. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on changing much. It’s just how we work in Sidhmata Lane.
