At Yatra.Com, we operate from the second floor of House Number 2 in Saifee Colony. It’s right on the Indore Road in Khandwa. If you are driving through, you might miss us if you aren't looking closely at the building numbers. It’s a decent enough spot, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb in the afternoon heat. Being in Madhya Pradesh, we get some really hot days, but the office stays okay enough once the coolers are on. We handle a lot of travel-related inquiries here. People come in to ask about tickets or where they should stay when they go out of town. It’s a small team of us. We sit near the windows because the light is better there. Khandwa is a smaller place, so word travels fast if you do a good job. We’ve been here at this Saifee Colony address for a bit now. There is a lot of traffic on Indore Road, you can hear the trucks and buses going by all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, but we are used to it. We just keep the doors closed and get on with the booking work. It isn't a fancy lounge like you see in the movies. It’s just desks, computers, and a few chairs for visitors to sit while we look things up for them. We try to keep things organized so no one is waiting too long for an answer. It's a busy life here.
