We operate out of C-63, Flat No. 13, in the Abul Fazal Enclave, Part 1. This is over in Okhla, near Jamia Nagar in New Delhi. It is a busy residential area and our office is basically a flat. It’s a bit cramped with all the computers and wires, but we make it work. We handle travel bookings and help people figure out their trips. The neighborhood is always full of life, with people shouting and bikes zooming past. Sometimes it's hard to hear on the phone, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. You just walk in and see us working at our desks. It’s a very hands-on operation. We spend a lot of time looking at flight schedules and hotel prices. It’s a lot of screen time, honestly. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We are just a team in Okhla doing the work that needs to be done. We have some snacks in the corner and a water cooler that gets a lot of use. The stairs up to the flat are a bit steep, so we get our exercise for the day. It’s a simple, honest setup. We don't have any fancy slogans. We just try to get the bookings right so people don't have trouble when they travel.
