Our office is right in the middle of Nathupur Market, specifically at 790 in U Block. If you know DLF Phase III, you know how packed it gets. Finding parking is always a total nightmare, so most of us just walk or take a rickshaw from the metro. It’s a busy spot with lots of little shops all around us. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and computers. We handle a lot of travel stuff, mostly online, but we are physically based here in the market. The noise from the street comes in through the windows sometimes. It’s a fast-paced environment because people want their travel plans done quickly. We spend a lot of time on calls or typing away at our screens. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it gets really hot in Gurgaon, but we manage. We aren’t located in some corporate skyscraper; we’re right there in the market where everything happens. It’s practical for us. There are plenty of places to grab food nearby, which is a big plus for the team. We’ve got a mix of people working here, some who’ve been around since the very start. We don't really have a lobby for guests, just a workspace where the real work happens. It’s definitely not a quiet library. We deal with bookings and all that stuff all day long. It can be stressful when the systems are slow, but it's just our daily routine and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm.
