We have been based here in Fateh Nagar for quite some time now, just a short walk from the Tilak Nagar Metro station. It is a busy part of New Delhi, but it suits us well for what we do. At Yatra.Com, we mostly spend our time handling travel bookings and sorting out details for people who need to get somewhere. Our office at B-179 isn't anything fancy to look at, just a place where we keep our computers and files. We are not some big corporate machine that doesn't care; we are just a group of people who know how the travel industry works. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking flight schedules over and over. It gets pretty loud in the office when everyone is talking at once, but we are used to that noise. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a bunch of slogans on the walls. We just try to get the work done without making too much of a fuss. If the internet goes down, we just wait it out and start again. It’s a very normal, local way of working. Being near the metro is great because it makes it easy for the staff to get here every morning. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks like booking hotels or fixing ticket issues. We are just regular folks working in Delhi, trying to keep things moving for everyone who uses our services.
