Our office is located in Flat 19 D over in AP Block, Pitampura. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it doesn't feel like those big corporate hubs you see in other parts of Delhi. We handle various online travel services from here. It’s mostly computer work and taking calls. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy during the day, but we manage to get things done. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, helping people sort out their travel plans and tickets. It’s not a glamorous life, just a lot of checking dates and prices on the screen. We use simple desks and old chairs, nothing too fancy. The local chai wallah knows us pretty well because we’re out there quite often. We aren't trying to sell you a dream or anything. We just provide the service we are supposed to. People need to get from one place to another, and we help make that happen by looking at the data and booking the slots. It’s a straightforward business model and we like it that way. If you’re walking through AP Block, you might pass right by us without noticing. We’re just part of the neighborhood, doing our bit every day. It's a small team, but we've got a lot of screens going at once. We stay quite busy here and it keeps us occupied.
