Our office is located at Madhav House, specifically at 244/77 on the first floor. We are on Street Number 7 in Mandawali, which is right near Hari Om Electronics. If you know that shop, you’ve probably walked past our door a dozen times without noticing. Delhi-92 is a crowded area, and our street is no different, always filled with cycles and people. It’s a lot of noise from the nearby shops and people shouting. We work on the online side of travel, so we spend most of our time on computers. The office isn't very large, just enough room for the team and our gear. We handle bookings and customer queries all day long. Sometimes the internet acts up or it gets too hot in the afternoon when the power goes out, but we just keep going. It’s a very local feel here. We usually grab lunch from one of the nearby stalls that sells samosas or tea. It’s not like those big corporate offices in the fancy parts of the city with glass walls. We are right there in the middle of the neighborhood. People from the area often stop by to ask questions about train tickets even though we mostly work online. We just try to keep things organized and help people with their travel plans. It’s a simple setup in a busy part of Mandawali, and we’ve been here long enough to feel like we belong on this street. We just keep our heads down and work.
