Down in Paschim Vihar at A-2/59, you will find us working away in this corner of New Delhi. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s got a different feel than the big commercial centers like Connaught Place. We have been in this spot for some time now, and it feels like home. The office is tucked into the block, and you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day—kids playing after school or the vegetable sellers calling out on the street. Inside, it’s mostly about travel and getting people where they need to go. We have phones that don't seem to stop ringing and screens filled with flight paths and hotel lists. It gets a bit hectic when holiday seasons come around, but that is just part of the job. We don't have any flashy signs or giant billboards on the roof. It is a straightforward setup with files, computers, and a lot of coffee being drank to keep us going. Paschim Vihar is a nice place to be based because it feels like a real community. We know the shopkeepers nearby and where to get the best snacks during our afternoon breaks. It’s a long day sometimes, especially when there are delays or changes to handle, but we just sit down and get through the work one task at a time. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we do every single day here.
